Cancellations & Amendments

If you wish to cancel your order because you changed your mind, you will only be allowed to do this within the first 2 days of placing your order. This is due to fast paced nature of Budika Bijoux’s job getting orders to the customer ASAP. 

If you would like to make an amendment (for example, altering the quantity) please do so within 10 minutes of placing your order. Any amendments made after this time could incur additional costs and delays on your order.

 

Faulty or damaged:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If it’s damaged or defective, please get in contact with Budika Bijoux via email on the day you receive your package. Please attach photos of the piece of jewellery itself as well as the box and packaging it came in (this is to inform the courier of what has happened in transit). Please also include your order details to allow Budika Bijoux to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

In the event where you need to send back an item to be fixed or inspected, please send it via a tracked service and keep your receipt. If wilful damage has been determined, no refund or replacement will be given. Please contact Budika Bijoux via email to receive the address to return it to.

 

Refunds:

Budika Bijoux does not accept refunds on:

• Personalised/engraved pieces
• Commissioned pieces
• International orders shipped outside of the EU

 

All other pieces within the EU must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Please get in contact with Budika Bijoux via email to arrange an exchange or refund. It must be returned safely in its original packaging and must be unworn. Please contact Budika Bijoux via email to receive the return address. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage at the expense of the customer. Budika Bijoux is not responsible for items lost in transit. The original cost of EU Postage will not be refunded.

 

Engraving:

An engraved symbol or short abbreviation is an included option within the Dog Head pendant Collection. The engraved name has a 3 character limit, is a set font and is placed directly behind the head on the back of the pendantive. The size of the engraving may vary slightly depending on the number of characters you use, this is to allow your engraving to fit proportionally.

Changes made after this time frame may cause delays with your order and potential additional costs. Please select your choice CAREFULLY. 

All other pieces of jewellery that require engraving is an additional cost. Please email Budika Bijoux to enquire and receive a quote.

 

Guarantee:

All Budika Bijoux jewellery comes with a 6 month guarantee. All repairs will be done free of charge as long as the damage is done through normal use. Please take note of the care instructions that come with each Budika Bijoux order. Budika Bijoux takes no responsibility if the damage is done through carelessness, misuse or failure to read the care instructions provided.

For all other repairs enquired, please get in touch with Budika Bijoux via email. The price of repairs varies for each piece and the customer is responsible for postage costs.
