By placing an order on Budija Bijoux’s website, you are agreeing to their Shipping Policy.
Item in basket:
By having an item in your basket, this does NOT reserve it as yours. Your order is confirmed ONLY when your payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email sent to your email address given.
Dispatch Time:
Each piece is hand made by Budija Bijoux so dispatch times vary per piece. Please click on each individual piece in the shop to see the dispatch times. Each dispatch time is an estimate only but if you need your piece urgently before a certain date, please get in touch with Budija Bijoux directly ASAP ( please don’t leave a note on an order as we don’t read these until the order is ready to dispatch. Please email us ASAP). We will try our best to accommodate your needs, but this isn’t always possible so please take into consideration the dispatch times.
Worldwide shipping:
International Shipping:
Pieces on Budika Bijoux’s website do not include postage costs. This will be added at check out. Pieces are shipped Worldwide via DHL Express or FedEX. Orders arrive within 2-5 working days depending on your country and you will be provided with a tracking number. If you live in a remote area, the delivery time could be longer than 5 working days. Please remember the dispatch time will be added on top of this delivery time. The costs are as follows:
UK: 60 euro
Europe: 60 euro
North America: 75 euro
Rest of World: 75 euro
International Customs:
Customs, tariffs and duty fees are not included in Budika Bijoux’s shipping costs for international orders. Each country has different import duty, tariff and VAT threshold rules, please check with your local authorities. Budika Bijoux is not responsible for additional costs that may occur after your order has been dispatched.
USA & Tariffs:
From 29th August 2025, all orders entering the US from Budika Bijoux (EU) will be subject to tariff costs. This cost is estimated to be approximately 10-20% of the total order value, which is of the responsibility of the customer and is to be paid upon receiving their order in the United States. Budika Bijoux is not responsible for additional costs that may occur after your order has been dispatched and the US Tariff is out of the control of Budika Bijoux. Please check with your local authorities for an exact tariff cost that you will incur as this cost is subject to change/fluctuation at any time.
Not accepting delivery of order/Incorrect Shipping Address:
If you change your mind and do not accept delivery of the order, the customer is held liable for ALL costs incurred by Budika Bijoux for the return of the parcel back to Budika Bijoux (including unpaid duty/tariffs/taxes). Customers will be asked to provide the correct Billing Address and Shipping Address. Budika Bijoux is not liable for the failure of delivery due to an incorrect Shipping Address being provided by the customer. The customer is held liable for any costs incurred by Budika Bijoux for correcting the address (including the cost of shipping for the item to be returned to Budika Bijoux as well as the cost to send it back to the customer).
Brexit & EU Shipping:
Budika Bijoux ships orders from Northern Ireland. In accordance with the Northern Ireland Protocol, there are no declaration requirements for goods sent from Northern Ireland to the EU. Northern Ireland still remains a part of the internal UK Market as well as the EU Single Market for goods, this means that there are no additional costs by way of import duty, tax and customs to these countries. You simply pay for the product cost and shipping cost on Budika Bijoux’s website.
Delays:
Shipping is provided by third-party couriers via FedEX and DHL Express and they are not controlled by or affiliated with Budika Bijoux. If your order is taking considerably longer than expected, please check first the status of your order using the tracking number provided. Please note that UK orders can take up to 3 working days and International orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive. If it still states that it’s delayed then please get in touch with Budika Bijoux via email with your tracking number and order details.
